• App preferences: language selections, quiz progress, and lesson settings stored locally on your device.
• Usage data: anonymized information about how the App is used to help us improve features and fix issues.
• Purchase data: subscription status and transaction identifiers provided by Apple to verify Premium access. We do not store payment card information.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App.
• Remember your learning progress and preferences.
• Process and verify in-app subscriptions.
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot problems.
• Analyze aggregated, non-identifiable usage trends to improve the learning experience.

3. In-App Purchases

All subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment method. 4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for analytics and subscription management. These services may collect device and usage data subject to their own privacy policies. We only share information with third parties to the extent necessary to provide the App’s features.

5. Children’s Privacy

RedBall is intended for learners of all ages, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. You can also delete and reinstall the App to clear locally stored preferences and progress.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted in the App with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
