Terms of Use (EULA)
Last updated: August 14, 2026
Please read this End User License Agreement / Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using RedBall (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, or by purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
For subscriptions purchased through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Where these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA controls for the App Store license.
1. Use of the App
RedBall grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our prior written permission.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
RedBall offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks additional languages, lesson categories, and features (“Premium”).
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID Account Settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Refunds
All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple support or use the refund request process provided in your App Store purchase history.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the App. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems or networks.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, text, images, audio, software, and other materials in the App are owned by RedBall or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the App.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedBall and its owners, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted in the App or on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
